One can't believe how time flies! I have not sat down to blog since October 18, 2010 and that my friends and family is sad for the Benson household. I have been so busy blogging has flown by the wayside and that is not good.

So many things have happened since the last time I let you in on the comings and goings of our very busy household. Football season has come and gone. We were sad to see it go. The Lutheran High North Lions fought hard, but came in third in district and lost a tie breaker and did not move on to the playoffs. I think Cole is pretty glad to see his freshman season go. We could not be more proud of him. He did not see alot of playing time this year, it is how it goes when you are a freshman on Varsity. He held is head high and was humble and really made us proud. He is really excited about next year. Basketball season is already upon us, we have had 2 games so far. We have 1 win and 1 loss. Cole is starting and his playing has really improved since last year. His first round of finals are approaching and he his currently studying in his room after an awesome choir concert this afternoon. I have to say I wasn't really looking forward to it, but it was good!

Kenley is doing great at school. She is learning lots of letters and numbers. Gymnastics is still on Mondays and cheer practice on Tuesdays. We have had 2 cheer competitions. We just had one this past weekend. She loves it so much. I am happy because she is happy!

Thanksgiving was a great week! We spent the entire week visiting everybody! We spent the first couple of days at Lake Murval with PaPa and NaNa. We then went to Lake Conroe to have dinner with Grammy and Grandpa, Kendra, & Mark.

Friday night Kenley and I left Houston bound for Dallas to visit Jamie who came in from California. It was a Kellerman Family reunion! The best part was we have a new member! Emma Looney arrived in October and we went up to have our first visit. We got to see Aunt Jamie, Emma, Aunt Karrie, Momma Kellerman (Now known as Nanny) and the rest of the Kellerman clan (Uncle Cannon and PaPa Jim). We had a great weekend and baby Emma was baptized.

We are quickly preparing for Christmas. We are behind the eight ball already. No tree, no lights...Santa is really busy in his workshop....its going a be a crazy next two weeks!!!! YIKES!!!
